536.8 ANNUAL FEE -- PAYMENT. Every licensee shall annually, on or before December 1, submit a renewal application on forms prescribed by the superintendent and pay to the superintendent the sum as provided in section 536.2 as an annual license fee for the next succeeding calendar year.
