555C.4 REMOVAL BY MANUFACTURED HOME COMMUNITY OR MOBILE HOME PARK OWNER. Unless the valueless home is to be titled in the name of a third party, the manufactured home community or mobile home park owner may dispose of a valueless home and any personal property to a demolisher, sanitary landfill, or other lawful disposal site under the terms and conditions as the manufactured home community or mobile home park owner shall determine.          Section History: Recent Form 95 Acts, ch 104, §4; 2001 Acts, ch 153, §16
