602.1502 STATE COURT ADMINISTRATION SALARIES. 1. The supreme court shall set the compensation of the state court administrator. The salaries of other employees of the judicial branch shall be set pursuant to the judicial branch's pay plan established under section 602.1401. 2. Court reporters who are employed on an emergency basis in the district court shall be paid not more than their usual and customary fees, while employed by the court. Payments shall be made at least once each month. 3.
