602.5109 PROCESS -- STYLE -- SEAL. 1. Process of the court of appeals shall be styled: "In the Court of Appeals of Iowa". 2. The supreme court may adopt a seal for the court of appeals. Upon adoption, the clerk of the supreme court shall file a facsimile and description of the design in the office of the secretary of state.
