602.6402 ADDITIONAL MAGISTRATE ALLOWED. In those counties which are allotted one magistrate under section 602.6401 or which are restricted to one magistrate by section 602.6302, the county magistrate appointing commission may, by majority vote, decide to appoint one additional magistrate.
