602.6607 CONTROL OF RECORDS -- VACANCIES. Whenever a magistrate, or a district associate judge or district judge acting as a magistrate, leaves office, all funds, dockets, and records relating to the vacated office shall be delivered by the judicial officer to the clerk who issued the docket.          Section History: Recent Form 83 Acts, ch 186, § 7607, 10201
