607A.11 LIMITATION ON APPOINTMENT. More than two members of the appointive commission shall not be residents of the city in which the courthouse of the county in which they are appointed, is located, and a person shall not be appointed who has solicited the appointment; nor shall any county officer or attorney at law be appointed a member of the commission.          Section History: Recent Form 86 Acts, ch 1108, § 19
