607A.21 JURY LISTS. The appointive jury commission or jury manager shall select and return to the clerk of the district court the following: 1. The list of grand jurors: A list of names and addresses of one hundred and fifty persons selected from the source lists from which to draw grand jurors. 2. The list of petit jurors: A list of names and addresses of persons selected from the source lists equal to the number of names necessary to provide jurors needed by the court, with the number to be determined by the jury commission or jury manager.          Section History: Recent Form 86 Acts, ch 1108, § 29; 87 Acts, ch 85, §5 Referred to in § 607A.24, 607A.27
