618.16 ZONED EDITIONS OF SAME NEWSPAPER. Publication requirements for governmental subdivisions of the state shall be deemed satisfied when publication is made in editions or zoned editions which are delivered to an area within the jurisdiction of the subdivision making the publication even though publication is not made in other editions of the same newspaper.          Section History: Recent Form 86 Acts, ch 1183, § 6; 89 Acts, ch 214, §6
