633.169 - BOND. - Iowa Statutes

633.169 BOND. Except as herein otherwise provided, every fiduciary shall execute and file with the clerk a bond with sufficient surety or sureties, as hereinafter provided. It shall be conditioned upon the faithful discharge of all the duties of the fiduciary's office according to law, including the duty to account.
