633.355 DELIVERY OF SPECIFIC DEVISE AFTER NINE MONTHS. Unless the court, for cause shown, determines that the possession of the personal representative shall continue for a longer period, the personal representative shall deliver all specifically devised property to the devisees entitled thereto after the expiration of nine months from the date of appointment of the personal representative.
