633.398 ADJOURNMENT OF SALE AT PUBLIC AUCTION. The personal representative may adjourn any sale from time to time when, in the personal representative's discretion, it is deemed for the best interests of the estate to do so, but no adjournment shall be to a time more than three months from the date first fixed for the sale.
