633.633A LIABILITY OF GUARDIANS AND CONSERVATORS. Guardians and conservators shall not be held personally liable for actions or omissions taken or made in the official discharge of the guardian's or conservator's duties, except for any of the following: 1. A breach of fiduciary duty imposed by this probate code. 2.
