633.702 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DISCHARGE. No final report of a trustee of a trust pending in court shall be approved, and no such trustee shall be discharged from further duty or responsibility upon final settlement, until notice of the trustee's application for discharge shall have been served upon all persons interested, in accordance with section 633.40, unless notice is waived.
