633A.3110 RIGHTS OF TRUSTEE REGARDING CLAIMS IN A PROBATE ADMINISTRATION. 1. If a probate administration has been commenced for which a revocable trust could be held responsible for the payment of claims, expenses, or taxes, the trustee shall be an interested party in that probate administration. 2.
