636.11 AUTHORITY TO ACT AS SURETY -- AGENT QUALIFICATIONS. 1. The commissioner of insurance shall annually file with the clerk of the district court of each county a complete list of the corporate sureties to whom the commissioner has issued a current certificate of authority to transact the business of a surety in this state. 2.
