636.25 EXISTING INVESTMENTS. Any fiduciary not governed by the probate code may by and with the consent of the court having jurisdiction over such fiduciary or under permission of the instrument creating the trust, continue to hold any investment originally received by the fiduciary under the trust or any increase thereof.
