637.701 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER TO EXISTING TRUSTS AND ESTATES -- CHAPTER PREVAILS. This chapter applies to every trust or decedent's estate on and after July 1, 2000, except as otherwise expressly provided in the will, the terms of the trust, or this chapter.
