648.6 NOTICE TO LIENHOLDERS. In cases covered by chapter 562B, a plaintiff shall send a copy of the petition, prior to the date set for hearing, by regular, certified, or restricted certified mail to the county treasurer and to each lienholder whose name and address are of record in the office of the county treasurer of the county where the mobile home or manufactured home is located.          Section History: Recent Form 98 Acts, ch 1107, §31; 2003 Acts, ch 154, §4 Referred to in § 648.22A
