43.62 PUBLICATION OF PROCEEDINGS. The published proceedings of the board of supervisors relative to the canvass shall be confined to a brief statement of: 1. The names of the candidates nominated by the electors of the county or subdivision thereof and the offices for which they are so nominated. 2.
