46.15 APPOINTMENTS TO BE FROM NOMINEES. 1. All appointments to the supreme court and court of appeals shall be made from the nominees of the state judicial nominating commission, and all appointments to the district court shall be made from the nominees of the district judicial nominating commission. 2.
