49.100 - SPOILED BALLOTS. - Iowa Statutes

49.100 SPOILED BALLOTS. A voter who spoils a ballot may return the spoiled ballot to the precinct election officials and receive another ballot. However, a voter shall not receive more than three ballots, including the one first delivered.
