50.31 ABSTRACTS FOR GOVERNOR AND LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR. The envelope containing the abstracts of votes for governor and lieutenant governor shall be endorsed substantially as follows: "Abstract of votes for governor and lieutenant governor from .... county".
