68A.608 INCOME TAX FORM -- CHECKOFF SPACE. The director of revenue shall provide space for this campaign finance income tax checkoff on the most frequently used Iowa income tax form. An explanation shall be included which clearly states that this checkoff does not constitute an additional tax liability.
