97B.16 PROCEDURE OF SYSTEM. The system shall make decisions as to the rights of an individual applying for a payment under this chapter. When requested by an individual, or a person who makes a showing in writing that the individual's or person's rights may be prejudiced by a decision the system has made, a hearing shall be scheduled under the Iowa administrative procedures Act, chapter 17A.
