99.2 INJUNCTION -- PROCEDURE. When a nuisance is kept, maintained, or exists, as defined in this chapter, the county attorney, or any citizen of the county, or any society, association, or body incorporated under the laws of this state, may maintain an action in equity in the name of the state of Iowa, upon the relation of such county attorney, citizen, or corporation to perpetually enjoin said nuisance, the person or persons conducting or maintaining the same from further conducting or maintaining the same, and the owner or agent of the building or ground upon which said nuisance exists, from further permitting such building or ground or both to be so used.          Section History: Early Form [SS15, § 4944-h2; C24, 27, 31, 35, 39, § 1588; C46, 50, 54, 58, 62, 66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 99.2]
