99B.17 GAMBLING ON CREDIT UNLAWFUL. A person who tenders and a person who receives any promise, agreement, note, bill, bond, contract, mortgage or other security, or any negotiable instrument, as consideration for any wager or bet, whether or not lawfully conducted or engaged in pursuant to this chapter, commits a misdemeanor.
