101.22A EXEMPTION. An aboveground petroleum storage tank which is subject to regulation or registration under either the federal department of transportation or state department of transportation or both, is exempt from the registration requirements of section 101.22.          Section History: Recent Form 90 Acts, ch 1235, §4
