103.20 LICENSEE STATUS -- EMPLOYMENT -- DEATH. 1. Individuals performing electrical work in a capacity for which licensure is required pursuant to this chapter shall be employed by the authority or company obtaining a permit for the performance of such work, and shall possess a valid license issued by the board. 2. Upon the death of an electrical contractor, a class A master electrician, or a class B master electrician, the board may permit a representative to carry on the business of the decedent for a period not to exceed six months for the purpose of completing work under contract to comply with this chapter.
