123.104 - UNLAWFUL DELIVERY. - Iowa Statutes

123.104 UNLAWFUL DELIVERY. It shall be a simple misdemeanor for any corporation, common carrier, person, or any agent or employee thereof: 1. To deliver any intoxicating liquors to any person other than to the consignee. 2. To deliver any intoxicating liquors without having the same receipted for as provided in section 123.103. 3.
