123.121 - VENUE. - Iowa Statutes

123.121 VENUE. In any prosecution under this chapter for the unlawful sale of alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer, a sale of alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer which requires a shipment or delivery of the liquor, wine, or beer, shall be deemed to be made in the county in which the delivery is made by the carrier to the consignee, or the consignee's agent or employee.
