123.27 SALES AND DELIVERIES PROHIBITED. It is unlawful to transact the sale or delivery of alcoholic liquor in, on, or from the premises of a state warehouse: 1. After the closing hour as established by the administrator. 2. On any legal holiday except those designated by the administrator. 3. On any Sunday. 4.
