125.39 - ELIGIBLE ENTITIES. - Iowa Statutes

125.39 ELIGIBLE ENTITIES. A local governmental unit which is providing funds to a facility for treatment of substance abuse may request from the facility a treatment program plan prior to authorizing payment of any claims filed by the facility.
