125.79 RESPONDENT'S ATTORNEY INFORMED. The court shall direct the clerk to furnish at once to the respondent's attorney, copies of the application for involuntary commitment of the respondent and the supporting documentation, and of the court's order issued pursuant to section 125.78, subsection 3. If the respondent is taken into custody under section 125.81, the attorney shall also be advised of that fact.
