126.17 RULES -- HEARINGS. 1. The board may adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A for the efficient enforcement of this chapter. The board may make the rules adopted under this chapter conform, insofar as practicable, with those regulations adopted pursuant to the federal Act. 2.
