135.32 PUBLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION. The department shall publish from time to time a sufficient number of its rules to supply the needs of the several counties. The county auditor shall annually forward to the department a certified list of the names and addresses of the clerks of all the local boards of health in the auditor's county.
