135H.16 INJUNCTION. Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of another remedy, the department may maintain an action for injunction or other process to restrain or prevent the establishment, operation, or management of a psychiatric medical institution for children without a license.          Section History: Recent Form 89 Acts, ch 283, § 17
