135J.5 DENIAL, SUSPENSION, OR REVOCATION OF LICENSES. The department may deny, suspend, or revoke a license if the department determines there is failure of the program to comply with this chapter or the rules adopted under this chapter. The suspension or revocation may be appealed under chapter 17A.
