138.4 - PERMIT NOT ASSIGNABLE. - Iowa Statutes

138.4 PERMIT NOT ASSIGNABLE. If the department finds, after investigation, that the migrant labor camp, or portion thereof, conforms to the minimum standards required by this chapter, it shall issue a permit for operation of such camp, or portion thereof. A permit shall not be assignable or transferable.
