147.44 - RECIPROCAL AGREEMENTS. - Iowa Statutes

147.44 RECIPROCAL AGREEMENTS. A board may enter into a reciprocal agreement with a licensing authority of another state for the purpose of recognizing licenses issued by the other state, provided that such licensing authority imposes licensure requirements substantially equivalent to those imposed in this state.
