152.3 DIRECTOR'S DUTIES. The duties of the executive director shall be as follows: 1. To receive all applications to be licensed for the practice of nursing. 2. To collect and receive all fees. 3. To keep all records pertaining to the licensing of nurses, including a record of all board proceedings. 4. To perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the board. 5. To appoint assistants to the director and persons necessary to administer this chapter.
