154A.13 TEMPORARY PERMIT. A person who has not been employed as a hearing aid dispenser prior to January 1, 1975, may obtain a temporary permit from the department upon completion of the application accompanied by the written verification of employment from a licensed hearing aid dispenser. The department shall issue a temporary permit for one year which shall not be renewed or reissued. The fee for issuance of the temporary permit shall be set by the board pursuant to section 154A.17.
