154A.21 NOTICE OF ADDRESS. A licensee or person holding a temporary permit shall notify the department in writing of the address of the place where the licensee or permittee engages or intends to engage in business as a hearing aid dispenser. The department shall keep a record of the place of business of licensees and persons holding temporary permits.
