155.15 FEES. The board shall set the fees for examination, licensure and renewal of licensure. The fees for examination shall be based upon the annual cost of administering the examinations. The fees for licensure and renewal of licensure shall be based on the administrative costs of sustaining the board which shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following: 1. Per diem, expenses and travel for board members. 2. Office facilities, supplies and equipment. 3.
