160.7 APIARIST TO DISINFECT OR DESTROY -- COSTS. If the owner fails to comply with the notice provided in section 160.6, the state apiarist shall declare the diseased, parasite-infested or Africanized colonies a nuisance, and administer the destruction or disinfection of the bee colonies or equipment required to eliminate the source of the disease, parasites, or Africanized bees.
