162.9 BOARDING KENNEL OPERATOR'S LICENSE. A person shall not operate a boarding kennel unless the person has obtained a license to operate a boarding kennel issued by the secretary. Application for the license shall be made in the manner provided by the secretary and expires one year from date of issue. The license fee is thirty dollars per year.
