163.44 RECORDS OF BREEDING BULL. The licensee shall maintain records of each lease of a breeding bull. The records shall contain the name and address of the person to whom a breeding bull is leased, the date of each lease, and a description and the identification number of the breeding bull involved. A lessee or any agent of the department shall have the right to inspect, upon demand to the licensee, those records concerning the bull presently being leased by the lessee.          Section History: Early Form [C79, 81, § 163.44]
