166.9 LIABILITY OF MANUFACTURER. A manufacturer shall be liable to an injured person for all damages which occur: 1. By reason of the negligence of the manufacturer or the manufacturer's employees in the manufacture, warehousing, handling, or distribution of biological products. 2.
