175.27 EXEMPTION FROM COMPETITIVE BID LAWS.
The authority and all contracts made by it in carrying out its
public and essential governmental functions under sections 175.14 and
175.15, shall be exempt from the laws of the state which provide for
competitive bids in connection with such contracts. Section History: Early Form
