175.9 NONDISCRIMINATION. 1. The opportunity to acquire agricultural land and agricultural improvements and depreciable agricultural property financed or otherwise assisted by the authority, directly or indirectly, is open to all persons regardless of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, age, physical or mental impairment, or religion. 2.
